Transmission Poles
Because of environmental concerns
over wood poles and space limitations not offered by
traditional lattice towers, the vast majority of
electric utilities are turning to steel transmission
monopoles.
METALPOL offers standard steel
transmission poles that are equivalent to standard wood
pole classifications. Our tapered steel transmission
poles are 12-sided, range in size from 40' to 95', and
vary from Class 2 to Class H-6. We can also manufacture
larger transmission poles if needed.
